The Unique Tokens GmbH (“we” for short) offers the cloud-based and highly efficient production of randomized serial numbers (also called “tokens”). We respect the privacy rights of the users (“you” for short) of the cloud-based Unique Tokens API (“Service” for short) and of the local UT Cockpit client application (“App” for short) for devices with Android 13 and above.

Transport layer security
All traffic between the App and the Service is encrypted by HTTP over TLS. A customer-specific Api-Key is required to authorize the customer to the Service to open a session. All further communication between the App and the Service to produce tokens is protected by short-lived Session-Keys.

Local user data security
The App does not require any explicit permissions on the Android device. The App does not collect or store any local user data. The App and Service do not share local or cloud-based user data with third parties.

Payment data security
Immediately prior triggering a specific tokens production job on the Service, the required payment details are collected in the App via the certified Stripe third-party library. All you need is the credit card number, expiration date and security code. None of this data is stored locally on the Android device by the App or transmitted to our Service.

Advertising and third parties
We refrain from using advertising in the App and do not pass on any user data to third parties, not even for the purpose of order processing within the meaning of the GDPR.

Dispute settlement procedure
The Service and the App of Unique Tokens GmbH are aimed exclusively at customers who act in the context of §§ 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) in the performance of their commercial or independent professional activity as well as legal persons under public law and special funds under public law. Therefore, We are therefore neither willing nor obliged under European Directive 2013/11/EU to take part in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
